Our work is primarily focused on the assessment and continued development of existing models of business logic, with the objective being uniqueness, coherence and sustainability based on empirically supported criteria. There must be a framework of integrative, coherent conceptualization and action combined with a departure away from market- and product-focused thought, which must be replaced by strategy work that concentrates on business logic.

IMP stands for reflection and lateral thinking – that is, innovative methods and solutions. We are able to live up to our so-called "Thought leadership” approach – in the role of "visionary" – due to an interdisciplinary network of expertise. Unlike other consulting firms, which often just work with “best practices” as their system of reference, we take it all one step farther with a “NEXT PRACTICE” approach.

We develop our "Next practice" approach – and this is important – IN CONJUNCTION with our customers, from the inside out, which ultimately leads to SUITABLE PRACTICES.
